Anger like many other emotions is stored in our warehouse of memory.  Issues that upset us and that were never resolved as a child, teenager, or young or mature adult can resurface anytime.  Daily situations can trigger an old wound, but how conscious are we really for the reason of our present day anger.   Know that there are steps available to release these hostile thoughts that have built up over a lifetime.  Knowing when they arise as well as the cause is just as important to squashing the emotional toil and bondage.  Breathing exercises such as: inhaling slowly, holding and then slowly releasing the breath is one way to combat reoccurring anger issues.   However, the anger may be much deeper than simple breathing exercises can  solve.  If you’ve tried breathing exercises and they have offered no assistance in treatment, then consider these questions:

1) What provokes me to be so angry? 2) Does anger cause me to go into a blind rage, if so, what has caused me to cast out all self control and vent the anger so careless and recklessly?  3) Am I hurting others? 4) Have I lost friends, family and jobs over my anger issues?

If truly answered with sincerity and honesty, your answers will help you start the process to become aware of such behavior.  One thing I want you to know is that you are not without assistance.   No matter our age, everyone has issues in one form or another, so don’t feel you are alone with your issue.  If you, however feel it is time to release anger issues, then hypnosis is another natural alternative you may want to consider.  Stop letting anger take up so much brain space and free yourself from the debilitation.  By releasing this issue,  you can go on with living a more healthy life.  Call Bev at the info below for more information.
