There are a few ways to stop smoking, but honestly I cannot recommend drugs or the vapor methods.  You should never stop one addiction by transferring it to another, which only harms the body more.  I have had clients that have smoked for 30-40 years stop completely and stay non smokers with just one session.  These people were very eager and serious to stop their addiction to smoking cigarettes and even chew.  If you’re committed and seriously want to stop smoking and need a different approach, then hypnosis maybe for you.  It’s extremely relaxing, and clients even though unsure at first, loved it afterwards.  They always state, “I had no idea it would be so relaxing.  I feel great.”   That’s right, they feel great afterwards and are able to complete their goal of smoking cessation.   If you are serious about wanting to quit cigarettes, give hypnosis a try.  It’s natural and safe.

2014 Year of the Horse

The Year of the Horse 2014 appears more promising than 2013 for a number of many different reasons.  For one, the name “Horse” is more appealing than that of 2013’s “Snake.” Secondly, the horse has more qualities such as courage, strength, resilience, and as it is one of the most celebrated mammals on our planet.  As well, the year of the horse is a great year to improve your health, whether physical, mental or spiritual.   2014 will be a great year to bring balance into your life and one way to do this is with meditation. Through this amazing portal, meditation allows you to become more intuitive and aware. This will transform your life by giving you more balance in every aspect.

For full effects, one should meditate everyday and every night for at least fifteen minutes for beginners, then increase your time as you like.  You will be amazed at the improvements after you have gotten into a rhythm.  Before too long old habits die off and in its place will be incredible new beginnings, inspiration and creativity.  If I could impart in you some wisdom, that would be to meditate.  Then and only then, will you experience profound liberation.
